Mount for Motorola APX Radios - APX 7000

Description

Need a radio mount but not a charger? Want more flexibility than the OEM accessories? You're in the right place. These are custom fit radio mounts for Motorola radios. Mounting holes are provided on the rear and bottom of the mount suitable for a #6 screw. The color of the mount will be black.

This listing is the newest model that includes vertical screws on the back for better rigidity.  These show in the red rendering as holes but you can see them on the actual product picture.  I use black inserts with screws in the bottom.  This increases the durability of the mount when using the bottom mounting holes.
Pictures show a rendering that is red.  Mounts are black unless a custom color is requested (if available).  See additional pictures for color and general fitment.
This mount will only fit APX 7000 radios.  The mount will fit Impres and Impres 2 (and non-OEM) batteries. See my other listings for other radio mounts available or send a message.

Screws are included but you can also fasten using adhesive such as 3M Dual Lock or 3M VHB Adhesive Tape (Not provided). Keep in mind Motorola radios are rugged (heavy!) and vehicle temperatures can be extreme so use caution when mounting.
These work great in the car, on the console, or in your communications center!

These mounts are made to order. Please allow up to two weeks (usually sooner) for your order to be produced and shipped. These are custom made using an additive 3D printing process. The part will have visible layer lines as the parts are printed 1 layer at a time using this process. They are not smooth as you are accustomed to with injection molding. There may also be small cosmetic imperfections but nothing affecting the integrity of the part. Mounts have not been crash tested (likely better than a radio in the cup holder or on the seat!) Never interfere with an airbag or other safety device when mounting.
