·        Returns will only be accepted if item is damaged or if I have misrepresented the item in the description. Refund will be issued once item has been returned. Pictures will be requested if item has arrived damaged. USPS claims will now require damaged items taken to local post office for inspection. If this is required refund will be issued once the item has been inspected by the USPS.

·        Item will be packaged securely. We often re-use/re-purpose boxes in an attempt to do our part for the environment.
·        We ship most packages either the day we receive payment or the next day if we receive payment too late to get it in the mail the same day. Will ship only to a confirmed PayPal address.
·        Larger items are shipped the most cost effective way for both parties.

Many items we deal with are previously owned aka used, vintage and/or antique. They are NOT pristine, unless noted in the auction description.
